Whats the best way to rid adult acne?


I have been hearing that the best way is to detox your self from the insided out. Has anyone tried Colon Cleansing? And does it really work like some people say it does?

Reply:go to a dermatoligist and get differin gel for your acne you have now, and ask for tetracycline pills but these pill may make your skin sensitive to light, if so try amoxicillin, these pills kill the bacteria in your body, the bacteria is escaping through your skin causing acne, trust me im 30 and just now getting clear skin, i have been dealing with acne for 15 years now and my dermatoligist gave me these pills and the diff gel and my skin looks awsome, downfall is my dermatoligist said i may have to take the amoxicillin for the rest of my life but for clear skin i guess its worth it
